Job,
What is the course schedule will we be following?
And also, I think I read it but everone will be playing from the long tee's, right?

7:00 PM - Early Check-In/Registration for Glow Doubles at Mesker Shelter #15
Sunset - Doubles Tee Off at Mesker (Approximately 9:00 PM)

Saturday 6/30/2012
A POOL - Tournament Directors: Ben Verkamp, David Rudibaugh
8:30-9:20 AM - Check-In at Woodmere DGC
9:30 AM - Player's Meeting for all players by practice basket.
10:00 AM - 1st Round Tee Off at Woodmere
Lunch Break following first round.
2:00 PM - 2nd Round Tee Off at Atkinson Park in Henderson


B POOL - Tournament Director: Job Wilson
8:00-8:50 AM - Check-In at Mesker Park DGC - Shelter #15 (Near hole 5's tee pad)
9:00 AM - Player's Meeting for all players by practice basket.
9:30 AM - B Pool Tee Off at Mesker Park DGC (Men's Intermediate & Recreational) - Rec will play from short tees.
Lunch Break following first round.
2:00 PM - 2nd Round Tee Off at Woodmere DGC

6:00 PM - Player's Party at Mesker Shelter #15

Sunday 7/1/2012
3rd Round
9:00 AM - B Pool Tee Off at Atkinson Park DGC
9:30 AM - A Pool Tee Off at Mesker Park DGC - All Women and Juniors will play from short tees.

Lunch will be served immediately following the 3rd Round
1:30 PM - Men's Pro Open Safari Final 9 for Top 4 Men's Open players.[b]

I changed Rec, Womens and Juniors to Short Tees at Mesker.

How necessary is the players' meeting? I'd like to be at Woodmere well ahead of time to warm up. Could you possibly not put me first on my card so I don't have to pick up the card before the round?

Do you think this seems fair Matt? Just a question,don't want to spat. Personally I can care less,someone in your division might not care for it though,especially if you get permission to skip it just so you can warm up more than everyone else. I haven't even played Woodmere and won't be able to til' the tournament so I'll be playing blind which is beside the point. I'd like to not work the night before so I can get up earlier and warm up...Job will you work for me?

The schedule has been edited to reflect Pools modification.

I have moved Women & Junior divisions to the A Pool.

I modified the schedule just slightly. A Pool no longer has to be at Mesker Saturday morning. Just go to Woodmere for 9:30 players meeting and 10:00 tee off.

If the temps stick to the predictions, there is a chance I will not play. Had heat stroke a few years ago and really don't have the desire to potentially have it again. Just wanted to give you a heads up
